This multi-level 886 sq. m. masterpiece won Best Private Villa at the Boutique Hotel Awards in 2018. It was designed by Patrick Raffeneau, a talented architect who created enormous glass walls that not only suffuse the airy interior in light, but also offer boundless views of the ocean.

Every element in Villa Neo, no matter how small, was custom-made by artisans and master craftsmen, ensuring an atmosphere of unsurpassed luxury and comfort. The elegant rooms feature unique paintings, and everything is enhanced by natural surfaces made of wood, marble, and leather, adding an air of sophistication.

Villa Neo is entered via a glazed staircase, which is itself a work of art, with a waterfall as a backdrop. The elevator goes up to the entrance hall, beyond which is a two-story living room open onto a spacious terrace on one side and an inner terrace on the other. The villa’s centerpiece is a gigantic infinity pool that merges with the sea and sky, with a swim-up bar and sunken seating, a grill, and a Jacuzzi shaded by palm trees. The living/dining room is connected to the fully fitted main kitchen, but in the back there is also a professional grade second kitchen.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, who can enjoy utmost privacy and luxury. There are six bedrooms in total, two of which are on the main floor next to the living room and terrace by the pool. The third bedroom opens onto the terrace and peaceful tropical garden. Three separate suites occupy the top floor, each with a sumptuous bathroom, large walk-in closet, and private terrace where you can enjoy fabulous sea views.

Its lengthy list of facilities was selected with an eye to fun and relaxation. It includes a soundproofed night club with a bar and billiard table, a fitness room, and a Turkish steam bath. There is also a media lounge, office, and private parking area for seven cars.
