Partners, friends, and neighbors from the nearby villas met in the blooming garden that surrounds Svoboda & Williams’ new headquarters. The interior and exterior of this villa in Bubeneč were filled with art and informal debates on the post-crisis real estate market.
“The cultivation of the real estate market is one of the positive effects of the recession that we’ve been experiencing for the last two years,” states Prokop Svoboda, owner of Svoboda & Williams. “During the economic crisis, clients came to the realization that the services of seasoned real estate agents in a slow market are a key factor of success. This has significantly deepened our professional relationships,” adds Svoboda.
The company’s move to a new address was therefore an ideal opportunity for an informal get-together between its team and the large “family” of Svoboda & Williams’ business partners and clients. Guests toured the villa that was refurbished last year by the SAD Studio and the exhibit of Matúš Tóth’s photographs created by AI. “One of the pieces that was recently added to Svoboda & Williams’ art collection is the installation designed by the renowned glass artist Václav Cigler, which we placed in the garden,” says Svoboda.
The enjoyable afternoon culminated in the introduction of the summer edition of the Selected by Svoboda & Williams magazine, followed by a performance by the band Lab On Fire & Friends.
We'd like to thank the event's partners: the AUTENTISTA wine & champagne bar, DSC Gallery, and distributors of LINO DESIGN and Ligne Roset designer furniture and also the Volvo cars that took the guests to the after party at the Public Interest bar after the event.
