Commissions and fees

Sales:

• 3% plus VAT (of the achieved sales price). Commission is paid by the seller.

Rentals:

• Long-term rent (12 months or longer): commission equivalent to one month’s rent (plus VAT) to be paid by both the property landlord and the tenant.
